TELEGRAM COMMUNITY RULES

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Telegram Community Rules ("Rules") apply to all the comments posted within Telegram Channel @happycolor_official (“Happy Color Channel”).

By posting a comment in the Channel, you ("you") confirm that you have read and agree to these Rules in full. If you do not agree with these Rules, please refrain from posting comments.

We reserve the right to update these Rules at any time. The latest version is always available in the Channel's info section. Continued participation following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Rules.

2. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

When participating in the Channel, you agree to communicate in a respectful and constructive manner. In particular, you agree to:

  1. (a) be respectful to all participants of the Channel, even in cases of disagreement;
  2. (b) keep your comments relevant to the subject matter of the post to which you are replying (stay on topic);
  3. (c) refrain from any behaviour intended to provoke, intimidate, offend, or disrupt other participants.

The following types of content / comments are prohibited in the Channel and will be removed (without notice to you):

  1. (a) spam & mass messaging;
  2. (b) threats & harassment;
  3. (c) misinformation;
  4. (d) third-party personal data;
  5. (e) calls to illegal action;
  6. (f) hate speech & discrimination;
  7. (g) promotion of violence;
  8. (h) any off-topic content (e.g. such as advertising & self-promotion, politics, documents attachments, voice messages);
  9. (i) any other content / comments which are prohibited by Telegram policies, in particular Telegram Terms of Service;
  10. (j) any other content which, in our reasonable judgment, is harmful to the community or inconsistent with the spirit of the Channel, even if not explicitly listed above.

3. MODERATION

The Channel is moderated through three successive layers, applied in the following order:

  1. (a) Forbidden words filter. Comments are automatically screened against a library of prohibited terms. Content matching the filter is removed immediately.
  2. (b) AI-assisted review. Comments that pass the filter are assessed by an AI moderation tool. Where the AI determines that content is in breach of these Rules, it is removed automatically. Where the AI cannot determine with sufficient confidence whether content is permissible, it escalates the comment to a human moderator for a final decision.
  3. (c) Human moderation. A human moderator reviews all cases escalated by the AI, as well as any reports submitted by participants. All decisions to issue a ban (whether temporary or permanent) are made exclusively by a human moderator. No ban is applied automatically.

Depending on the nature and severity of a breach of these Rules, we may take one or more of the following actions (without notice to you):

  1. (a) Removal of comment. Content that is prohibited under Section 2 will be removed, in most cases by automated means as described above.
  2. (b) Temporary ban. Applied by a human moderator where violations are repeated or where a single breach is sufficiently serious. The duration is determined at our sole discretion.
  3. (c) Permanent ban. Applied by a human moderator for serious violations, including but not limited to threats, coordinated spam, or distribution of content prohibited under Section 2. A permanent ban may be imposed without prior warning where the circumstances warrant it.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action in each case. The sequence above is indicative, not binding: we may skip steps where the severity of a violation justifies it.

4. APPEALS

If you believe a moderation decision — including the removal of a specific comment, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban — was made in error, you may submit an appeal to our support team.

To submit an appeal, please write to [email protected] and include the following information:

  1. (a) your Telegram username;
  2. (b) the deleted comment (if applicable);
  3. (c) the date on which the action was taken;
  4. (d) a brief description of the circumstances and the grounds on which you are contesting the decision.

We will review your appeal and respond to you (normally it will take no more than 3–5 business days). All final decisions on appeals rest with the moderation team. Repeated, abusive, or bad-faith appeal submissions may be dismissed without a substantive response.

When submitting an appeal please note that due to data protection concerns we store the data on your comments and moderation results for a very limited period of time (3 months). So, please submit your appeal within this period, so that we are able to investigate your issue.

5. PERSONAL DATA

As the Channel operates via Telegram, Telegram will process your personal data (such as your account name) in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review that policy separately.

To the extent that we process your personal data in connection with moderation activities, such processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

These Rules constitute the integral part of our Terms of Use, so if any terms are not covered by these Rules, the general Terms of Use do apply (e.g. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution sections).
