Happy Color was enormously proud to collaborate with Meals on Wheels America, the country's largest and oldest organization dedicated to addressing senior hunger and isolation.
For the first time, we launched a community event, and our fans had the opportunity to color together toward a common goal. We all combined our efforts in pursuit of helping homebound seniors! By simply coloring special "Event" pictures, Happy Color fans from all over the world filled the progress bar. When it was full, Happy Color donated $100,000 to Meals on Wheels America.
As part of this exciting event, we created a touching "Color for Seniors" story. It depicted a day in the lives of Olivia, one of 2.4 million seniors served annually by Meals on Wheels America, and Sam, her dedicated volunteer. Event participants enjoyed this unique tale, especially its unexpected twist and hopeful happy ending.
Here's just one of the many encouraging reviews we received after the event:
Thank you for making this good cause a community event. By doing this you gave your coloring fans an opportunity to support as well. I just wanted to say I appreciate the work that you are doing. For bringing smiles to so many faces. For giving without the expectation of receiving anything in return. We're all anticipating the next Good Cause to come...
The Happy Color team is grateful to everyone who took the time to participate in our first community event! It couldn't have been possible without your help. More Good Cause partnerships are coming soon, but our motto remains the same: you color, we donate!
We always want to hear your ideas and feedback on our projects! If you have any suggestions for new charity collaborations, don't hesitate to contact us.
